trop de monde au musée. la plus value du pass pose question, l'entrée etant gratuite ainsi que l'audio guide

Yes, I recommend this attraction

ok but...

Matthieu R.

First, our vox city guide Roberto was at the meeting point on time, ie 10h15 for a departure planned at 10h30. This allowed us to get in while there was no more entrance slots available o' the official site. After we waited for more registered peoples to show up, he made us download the POP Guide app and the associated british museum visit. All worked for us. He then took us to the museum via a special group entrance, with no queue at all. Once inside the museum I can't say it was a pleasant visit: overcrowded, overheated in some areas, with groups of kids literally shouting in some rooms... But some of the exposed pieces are worth the visit. Just disappointed we could not see the great wave of hokusai which is not exposed these days

Poor Servixe

meli

Awful they were not able to get us an audio guide. Tried multiple different apps and they code code the gave did not work on either of the 2 apps they had us download. Additional priority entrance took longer then regular entrance. Very poor overall.

Audio guide trouble

Bronke

The audioguide didn't work for me, probably because of trouble with the app/ public wifi. Vox tried to help online, because the "guide" left, but never came with a helpful solution. Without the audio guide the museum is free, so regretted spending time of my pass on this activity. (The temperature in the museum is oncomfortably high, people started to gather before fans around boon.)

Audio guide at museum

Found it hard to link the audio guide with exhibits. Numbers didn’t correlate. But love the concept of personal audio guide

Yes, I recommend this attraction

A huge bust

Aarom

Was not able to get priority entrance into the museum on a busy Saturday. Was not a good use of our precious vacation time because we waited for about 45 min to 1 hour for everyone else in the group to check in. Would not do this again, simply not worth it.
