Sync The London Pass® to the Go City® app

After your purchase, enter your order number from your confirmation email to get the QR code of The London Pass® into the app. You'll also have the option to print if you'd prefer. This step won't activate it. That comes later, when you scan in at your first attraction.

How to activate your pass 

Visit your first attraction and scan the QR code of your pass at the entrance. And voilà, you're in! The London Pass® only gets activated from the first scan and can be used to visit each attraction once. 

Usage limits 

The London Pass is a credits package. You can visit as many attractions as you like within a credit limit based on your chosen duration. 

For example, with a 5-day The London Pass®, you can visit up to a total attraction cost of £950 = 950 credits (1£ is worth 1 credit).

Validity

The London Pass® can be activated within one year of purchase.

Once activated, The London Pass® is valid for the consecutive days purchased. The duration is not based on a 24-hour period and each 'day' finishes at midnight. This is the case regardless of what time of the day you choose to scan your first attraction.
