Bookings that are cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour start time will not have their Pass validated, and will not have their credit/debit card charged.
Bookings will have their credit/debit card charged a fee of £20.00 per person if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the tour start time, or the guest does not attend the tour, or if the guest presents invalid passes. This cannot be refunded.

Chris & DavidOur guide was very engaging and informative. She certainly knew her staff and was very factual and didn’t sensationalise the terrible events that occurred.
A lot of walking. Weather didn’t help
ThomasOur guide was knowledgeable enough, but the rain at the beginning made it hard to tune in. As well as other tours cross each other, so it was difficult at times to hear. The parts we could hear were good.

SandraDer Guide hat sich wirklich richtig viel Mühe gegeben, sehr viele Informationen auch Bildmaterial zu zeigen, allerdings hätten wir uns auch tatsächlich in eine Pizzeria oder an einen festen Standort setzen können und er hätte all dies erzählt. Die ersten drei Stationen lagen irgendwie gefühlte 20 m auseinander, und dann sind wir ein bissche weiter Richtung Whitechapel gelaufen. Ich hatte nicht den Eindruck, dass dieses weiterlaufen irgendwie zu Geschichte gepasst hat, wollte keine konkreten Fundorte oder irgendetwas, was mit der Geschichte zu tun hat, angelaufen sind. Wie gesagt, inhaltlich super und topaktuell, über das Wort Rundgang müsste man sich mal unterhalten
