What happened to Sightseeing Pass?
As of June 2025, Sightseeing Pass have suspended operations. This means that customers may be unable to use passes they’ve already purchased. We know how frustrating that can be, especially if you’ve already made plans.
What can I do if I’ve already booked my trip?
Go City is offering affected Sightseeing Pass customers an exclusive 20% discount on all passes, including The London Pass. Just send us an email at [email protected] with proof of a Sightseeing Pass purchase and we’ll give you a special code to use when buying a pass with us.
Note: The 20% discount cannot be applied retrospectively to any passes already purchased with Go City or The London Pass.
