General Terms and Conditions 

These terms and conditions are the Competition Rules (“Rules”) and apply to the current “Back to '99. 25 years of The London Pass” (“Competition”) featured in any communications unless otherwise expressly stated. By entering this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules. 

Go City® reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or the Rules without notice. Any changes will be posted either within these terms and conditions or within the Competition. 

Sponsor 

The Sponsor of the competition is Go City Limited, located at Grainhouse 6, Dryden St, London WC2E 9NH. 

Qualifying Entrants 

To qualify to enter the Competition, you must be over the age of 18.  

Employees of Go City® or any associated company and their immediate families, persons connected with the Competition/prize draw, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. 

By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if they believe the entrant has breached any of the Rules. 

In the event that any entrant is disqualified, we may decide whether a replacement should be selected. In this event, any further entrant will be selected on the same criteria as the original entrant and will be subject to these Rules. 

Competition Entries 

Only one entry per person is allowed. Any multiple entries will be discounted. 

Competition entries must be made anytime from 09:00 US Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, November 14, 2024 until 23:59 US Eastern Standard Time, Thursday November 28, 2024 (the “closing date”). Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.  

There is no purchase requirement to enter this Competition. Entrants must simply submit their emails to be in the running to get the London Pass promo codes for 1999 prices. Entrants will be required to provide their email address to enter this draw. 

Prize 

The prize winners will be selected at random from all qualifying entries within 7 days of the closing date. 

Each prize winner will receive a promo codes which can be used   to purchase up to 2 (two) London Passes at the price paid for the pass in 1999. Promo codes are single use only.  Purchases are to be made on LondonPass.com. Each code is valid for the purchase of 2 (two) Passes and any additional Passes purchased will be cancelled and refunded. 

The winner will be notified via the email they provided within 7 days of the selection. The winner will have 7 (seven) days to use the promo codes. The promos codes will expire 7 (seven) days after receipt of the email notification. 

If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing a Pass using the promo codes, Go City accepts no responsibility for purchases not completed using the promo codes for any reason. 

Prizes are non-transferable, and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. Prizes are awarded at the discretion of the Competition organizers, and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. 

Data Protection and Publicity 

We reserve the right to use the name of the winner in any publicity, both in print and online.

Jurisdiction 

The Competition and Rules will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
